1) Oh I'm sure you did.
2) Games will remain fair if every single captain picked seriously.
3) Pretty sure the GC is in position to watch over the events for a reason so everyone has a competitive chance to win.

1)point won I guess...
2)Games aren't fair anyway, so it doesn't matter.
3)No, we're mainly there to get things going, get replacements when things go out of line and kick tappers. Pretty sure you = wrong.

Ummm, pretty sure we don't host sumo elimination on a daily basis so that event isnt too much of a problem. And if players feel they have a huge chance of getting voted out, they can either not join, or duck out until the doorprize event.
Ctf, on the other hand, is an event hosted regularly. And when players enter the event, they don't know who they are going to play with, but they want to be on a pretty even team. That thought is ruined when you step up to captain.

doesnt matter GCs shouldnt be hosting CTF at such a rate in the first place. So you cannot say "well we host it everyday so we can change it up to pwn Clel's teams"

1) Intense sarcasm. I really don't recall you ever picking jade first.
2) A GC's job is to make games as fair as possible for everyone.
3) No, we're there to make sure everyone has a good time by having a fair and competitive chance to win. Getting things going, getting replacements (sadly) and dealing with laggers are part of the process.

It's a popular events all players like to enjoy. It has skill, team work, coordination, enjoyment, and variety all locked inside it. People enjoy every game they are in. On the other hand, they do not enjoy a game where a bad captain doesn't take his role seriously and likes to "mess around". That is when us GCs feel our right to intervene. I probably should of removed you from captain that CTF Small...It only would seem logical and not have players of your own team crying about how bad their captain is.

Really I think we've stepped back a bit on hosting ctf as much as we did, outside of madness of course.
Personally I'll only host it once a day (outside of madness) if the playercount is decent enough. Otherwise I host a variety of events.

1)Doesn't mean it didnt happen. It did, I won, get over it.
2)That means to exclude biasness... which you show.
3)Not really. Not everyone can have a SUPER time so it's a waste to try and achieve such. If you just host the events nice and neutrally you're more likely to do so then if you show biasness.

1) Didn't win often.
2) Bias towards hosting a good event? Naturally.
3) People are definately going to have a better time in a 6-5 game than a 6-1 game. Being "nuetral" and uncaring leads to some really lame events. The graal city you hosted the other day is a good example. Most of the people involved left b/c they were tired of your event.

Stand strong against nothing. A fair competitive game is much more fun than a stacked game that you might somehow win 1/10 times.

@ Gladius: I understand what you mean. I also don't host CTF often outside of madness.
@ Clel:....Sigh...here we go again.
We are GCs, yes. Our ideals and nature are the same. Though it is encouraged by Night to be the same, Night isn't around to see the type of situations that goes on that has to alter out nature such as you picking players in a CTF to bring low tier players to your belief of "VICTORY!!!!!~~!!!"

1)I got old masses from Violet and the like, shall I look through them?
2)Doesn't matter, raped.
3)Doesn't matter, achieved through bs and intuition which doesnt guarantee 6-5 results.

The nature of a GC is to host fair a competitive events! So I'm not sure why you aren't doing what's in your nature.
