We are free of the complaint thread, so now us GCs get to do our work 100% of criticism that'll get blown up into a dramatic thread. Yes I miss the complaint area but complaints are still alive (aka Ranger/Oni drama though it wasn't that interesting). Anyway what are some changes you guys believe would better the GC team, doesn't matter who you are or what it is, just curious.

Merit system back up again to induce more activity. Because now it's a matter of "Hey i can host whenever i want. I don't have to." instead of "Hey i was hired as a GC to host events, and I'm hosting to satisfy that need".
And I'd like it if Gladius or somebody didn't take it like i am being biased because I'm being flat out serious to what this matter looks like in my perspective. Now we have Oni, being afraid to host events frequently like he was just doing because he was simply yelled at and being threatened his job; Gladius is working, playing some game, or something, Clel taking advantage of no merit system; and then luda, god knows where he is, probably browsing the ugcc.
Oh yes i also smell the common Gladius debate of "There's only 2 noobs 2 players 2 rcs blah....". Well, you can always make an event, even for the smallest amount of players.
Seriously, this is constructive and truthful input, I'm not calling any of you out here.

for the GC's to be on the same track, for example, taking turns hosting at specific times for more gc's to be hired and for the GC's to get some benefits. At least /summon and warpto offtag jesus christ. I already cant mass. Because GC takes alot of work i dont care what anyone says. You see the FAQ GP and DEV just warping around, with nothin to do and they have the easiest jobs.

the common Gladius debate of "There's only 2 noobs 2 players 2 rcs blah....". 10 - 2 trials - 2 rcs (thor + wd usually) - 2 ppl that don't send in = 4 at best.

Guess I might aswell take a deep look at this: Merit system back up again to induce more activity. Oh yes i also smell the common Gladius debate of "There's only 2 noobs 2 players 2 rcs blah....". Well, you can always make an event, even for the smallest amount of players. Seriously, this is constructive and truthful input, I'm not calling any of you out here. I hear ya, but wouldn't "Well Hosting's fun so I'm going to do that for a bit" sound much better then "Hey I was hired as a GC to host events, and I'm hosting to satisfy that need". I believe GCs hosting cause they want to is better, more passionate, then GCs hosting cause they're forced to. To make throwing on the Game Coordinator tag an enjoyable, fresh experience is where it should start, and then put the merit system in later to make sure a reasonable deadline is met. The thing with Oni a perfect example, most GCs don't like putting up with tons of bullcrap just from one event, why are they going to go through with a second? There's nothing worse then seeing an event you're hosting go wrong, and there's plenty of ways that can happen unless you're hosting the robotic CTF...

I do believe this compares to a historical question:
Would you rather have sex with a hot chick if she wasn't fully into it or would you rather have sex with a moderately decent chick if she was passionately into it?

Hot chick.
Anyways clel, im not saying to only host out of being forced but some minimums should be set so that the team can run effectively and smoothly. It's showing a bit of increase in activity i'll say. But it was your job to accept the responsibilities of a Game Coordinator when you applied and to fufill them.

The GCs need to be unified and have different styles. Taking turns is nice, but only happens on one part of the day, and I remember trying to make bargins with GCs to get it rollin "I'll host this event if you'll host that one" but they're usually busy or don't feel like hosting. Ya GC rights have been getting crapped on, you used to be able to warp offtag atleast from what I remember (couldn't summon though), and update levels offtag was a basic for all staff, but not anymore! I'm not sure if FAQ or GP was hindered like this, if not then they must not trust GCs all that well haha.

I'd do my hand cause women have a tendacy to take "it's just sex" to the next level O.o EDIT:Really I'd do the decent one, cause just cause they look hot it doesn't mean yo "censored" is ganna have fun up in there. You need some pelvic shaking to get the "OOOH YES" rollin:EDIT Hot chick. Anyways clel, im not saying to only host out of being forced but some minimums should be set so that the team can run effectively and smoothly. It's showing a bit of increase in activity i'll say. But it was your job to accept the responsibilities of a Game Coordinator when you applied and to fufill them. I wanted the minimum to be 400mins cause 200mins (which it was at that time) was still leaving classic starved for events. If the number of GCs is like well 7-8 then the minimum can be lower, but the lower number of GCs the more the remaining GCs will have to pick up the slack.

Required # of hours won't do a damn think unless playercount is more consistantly decent.

It already is? Stop using that excuse...It gets kind of bland after you have been saying it for 5-6 months.
