Sure didn't. It never got to that point for reasons already mentioned.

1st one failed because half the ppl never showed up once the league actually started. And you still haven't answered my question. Did you figure out a way to make 16 people log on every single time and actually care? It's not guaranteed but it's better to try then live in pessimistic thoughts.

Do feel free to explain your grand design then.

My design worked. Its a shame no1 capitolized on finding the flaws of season 1 and fixing them to make an even better league.
If/When i become reliable on logging in, you bet your ass ill start up season 2

Your design failed. Don't kid yourself. We had two dedicated teams (and even then, our team had its fair share of issues) while one completely collapsed at the start (mystic's) while the other scratched together a team each week (oni's). The "contract" idea was interesting but wont work anymore; tickets are worthless now. The "random" gametype won't work as well because we have a few crappy gametypes now.
And, of course, the issue of getting 16 people to show up every single time and actually care still remains.

Games played every friday and saturday. Season would last for about 4 weeks till it comes to the playoff bracket.
When Players sign up for the league, they take into full consent what times they have to be on.
That is the basis of my design though thats the design of every league. You just cancelled yours because it interefered with you, Gladius.
And Trip's league was a failure, but was the only league to finish itself or even begin for that matter. We have to give credit to trip there, but his league just blew tbh.
And the contract thing sucked. How many players were going to play for a team if they were offered tickets? Gladius didnt want to, he wanted with trip. Same with Thor. Jet wanted with Clel. Deo wanted with Clel. Rob wanted with clel. All of them did regardless of tickets.
Only person who was interested in a ticket offer was Mighty sort of.

First off, you made an offer but I stuck to my "free agent" tag until trip made a better offer. Plus I like him better than you. Second off, like I already said, many people complained about the days, which is why I kept delaying and trying to figure out a better schedule. Take a look at Kill's threads if you forget. I was trying to get as many people involved as I could (thus to make up for any quiters/no shows) but it eventually got bogged down and never took flight. Think what you want, but thats what happened, as far as I recall off the top of my head.

And you still haven't answered my question. How do you make people CARE and SHOW UP for each and every match?

I think I offered you 20 tickets and Trip offered you 15, I'm not sure. And showing a little bias there saying you like your US buddies more than me, eh?
I have repeatedly said there is no surfire way to ensure people are there. That is why you get responsible captains who can pick their teams wisely and have approrpriate backups if needed. You felt pessimistic. You had 16. you failed.

I don't recall having 16, and I think I deleted all my old e-mails (applications) a while back and I definately deleted that page off the website, so theres no way to check.
If theres no way to ensure people are there, is there really any guarantee that any league will work?
I don't recall ticket details, but why wouldn't I (and other people) like Trip, a cool guy, more than you, an ass?

Because I like trip better than you? That's bias? If I was showing favoritism on tag towards trip, that's be bias. Liking someone better and thus preferring to be on their team isn't bias.

TBH, I don't give a **** who you like. I just pointed out that the ticket paying system didn't work on most people.
Haha I love how you avoided the ctf league once I just showed you that thread.

TBH forgot to open the link. And it appears I was looking for 20-25 people, which we fell short of. So we did indeed have 16 as you said, but that wasn't enough to play it safe.
